What price would you pay for peace of mind?

A Holiday residence for as little as €1.50 per day ASH Property Check will provide it to all our clients.
An annual fee of €550 is payable quarterly (€137.50) by direct debit or in full using our Paypal service.
A 10% discount is awarded to clients who refer our service to a friend who engages ASH Property Check to service their property.
Principle residence check, short term while client on holiday’s for €35 per week
Cruiser/Boat check service for €450 per annum
