A member of ASH Property Check will call to clients property once a week and check for:

Open gates

Storm damage to property (IE slates on roof, wall/fence)

Vandalism or Burglary (IE broken windows or forced doors)

Oil tank level

Leaking pipes

The servicing personnel will then present the reader unit to the identification tag located at the rear of the house. This will provide a date stamp which is recorded as proof of visit and will be included in the e-mailed report to the client. In the event of there being a problem with the property, we will attempt to make immediate contact with the property owner.

As part of the service, we can provide the client with the contact details of a local reputable builder,carpenter, plumber etc depending on the problem existing if the client requires it.

ASH Property Check will also contact the Gardai if requested to do so.
